(Senior) Full stack web developer, focus on backend (f/m/d)

We are looking for a committed Full Stack Developer with a focus on backend development to further develop our platform and take it to a new level. For this we use the latest technologies and open source software, such as Vue.js, Rabbit MQ, VerneMQ on a highly scalable infrastructure.

Your tasks

• Your job is to further develop our platform with the latest technologies.
• You will share your experience and knowledge with other passionate web developers and define current and future best practices as a team.
• In addition, you represent the web platform and discuss with customers, sales and designers how to use the strengths of the platform optimally for the respective requirements and which future developments have to be considered.
• You create and maintain the architecture and software documentation.
• You support in solving customer problems.
• You take responsibility for a jointly defined area.

You should bring

• Experience: several years of experience in backend software development, PHP, Laravel, experience with Vue.js is beneficial
• Structured, trustful way of working from idea generation to successful implementation
• Enthusiasm for new technologies 
• Programming languages: Laravel (PHP 8), Vue.js, Node.js
• Technologies & Skills: container-based environments, data processing, PubSub broker, async event architecture
• Microservice architecture thinking
• Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Git
• Good German and English skills

Nice to have's

• Experience with test automation and CI/CD
• Experience with time series databases (TDEngine, InfluxDB, TimescaleDB...)
• Experience with data processing pipelines
• UX/UI experience with Sketch or Figma
